  2. Geeezzz, had to wait all day just to get today's WOD. Does this make up for the fact that I forgot to post yesterday's blog? Technically I posted it before our Friday WOD was posted....so I'm good right?

    I gave Shelly a hard time this morning about her helpful tips for a better score (more efficient way as she says) on today's WOD, but I have to admit that she was right. I also have to give big props to Shelly for the Donna Summers music selection with around 3 minutes left in the workout. That was the icing on the cake for me!!!!

  3. Whew! What a way to end the week! Glad I took
    yesterday off!
    I started off doing box jumps, got through the first
    round, then had to go to step ups, 20" box.
    I did 204 reps. @ 50#

  4. Great job Kris, Robyn, and Christine! I also gave 13.2 a whirl while at work. 257 reps. I'm looking forward to doing it again with Shelly tomorrow. have a good weekend everyone.

    Stretching / Leg raises

    Dead lift 45# to warm up (10 reps, concentrating on form)
    Dead lift 95# 12 reps
    Push Press 45# 3 sets of 15 reps each
    (no rest between reps)
    (rest few mins. between sets)

    Jogged 2 miles
