  1. Took today a little easy. Did the following:
    1. Overhead Squat: 1x5: 43#
    1x3: 53#
    3x1: 63, 68 ,73#
    2. 3x8 Proper PushUp Work
    3. 4 x 250m Row (1 minute rest between each): 57, 57 54, 54

  3. I did some Zumba today and the fundraiser I was at today! :) selling my Paparazi stuff at a Zumbathon! Might as well dance!

  4. Weell I got a workout in today..Sunday instead of Saturday but this is where I can post it sooo
    I made up my own workout
    WARM UP 2 X 50 Single Unders / 15 lunges
    15 sit-ups 15 Good Mornings
    WOD
    amrap 20
    5 kbs 10 hrpu 15 situps 20 air squats

    9 rounds

    Thanks Robyn for posting here,
    Wasn't sure if I'd get my point
    if I didn't post somewhere!

    Stretch/warm up

    (Back to back, no rest)
    50 sit ups
    25 burpees
    25 sit ups
    20 burpees

    Rest 2 minutes

    40 air squats
    150 jumping jacks
    20 lunges

    Rode my bicycle (about 30 minutes)

    Then my chain came off, had to walk
    my bike home, UP HILL! ....luckily I was
    almost home anyway! :)
