Monday 3.4.13 WOD (Partner)

Three Rounds of:
200m Run
400m Run

One partner runs- the other rests.  Then switch- each athlete runs the 200m and the 400m.  Each person will run a total of 1800m.  If you have no partner- rest 1 minute after the 200m and 2 minutes after the 400m.

OR

Make up "Helen" today!!

  1. Uggghhhhh! What a way to start the day...Helen kicked my butt and...yep you guessed it...I puked in Shelly's yard afterward.I did clean it up with the hose but it was gross nevertheless.
    Total time in seconds..808 with modified pull ups(ring rows instead) and using 20# for kbs.
    Hope to feel better for tomorrow's WOD
    Going to wear my Superman shirt for help ;}

  2. I did the 3 rounds of running today. Surprising I felt good afterwards- I still don't care for running! Just being able to run is a good start!

  4. Couldn't remember my e-mail or password then I couldn't remember where I wrote it down. That was a workout on it's own, sucks getting old! Did the benchmark workout 641 (20lb kettlebell, box pullups). Watched Robyn puke her brains out, again. You go Robyn! I wore my Superman shirt this morning and I was fine so give it a shot Robyn, just don't get sick in Wyatt's truck. He made that perfectly clear! Glad to be back blogging, I hear Christine and Esther are joining us so that should be fun. Watch out for Suzanne, she's going for gold and looking pretty good out there. She'll be tough to beat for sure.....

  5. I love Kris!!! Her comments are always funny! Way to go everyone! Robyn is the measure of whether it's a solidly tough workout or not...based on her puking- I'm just kidding Robyn- in my opinion rowing in that particular WOD is much more difficult than running. I also did "Helen" modified:

    12 Ring Rows

    That was awful- lol. I would rather Run than Row in that workout for sure!! Andy lapped me!!!!!! Welcome Esther and Christine to the 8am class! They did awesome today! :)

  6. Great working out with Shelly today! Nice job on the running Suzanne! Great to see everyone working out and becoming more fit. Crossfit Open workouts will soon be here, and you better believe we will be doing them. We'll have our own Valley Springs Crossfit Open 2013.
