Yahoo!!! got thru the WOD without the drama of yaking!!! The burpees were tough and I liked the plank holds for checkout... push press was 53 # AMRAP push press was 33# WOD...5x5 push press for strength AMRAP 12...12 burpees then 12 push press Got 5 rounds plus 6 in :}}}} Fun to watch Wyatt work out btw
Did the AMRAP 12 this AM, still walking around blah! But it was good workout! Joe didn't like te seperate weights . I even have a raspberry on my right knee don't feel the greatest lol!
Did the workout today like all the other fools. Couldn't do more than two push presses at a time, my arms were so stiff and so tired. I even had to take a break while I was washing my hair, my arms were so stiff and so tired...I'm at work typing this and my arms are so stiff and so tired......I can go on and on with this story line but my arms just won't let me because they are so stiff and so tired!
Kris... I think you just like the combo of "so stiff and so tired".. we need to keep these workouts up to snuff so Kris can say her LEGS are "so stiff and so tired" POOR BABY ;}}}}}}} Bring it on tomorrow I know I can count on Shelly to kick our Booties!!!!
You guys are nuts!! I thought everyone did great w/all the Burpees today! I went for a 2.5mile walk today with Andy & Jeremiah riding their bike next to me. Felt good to breath the fresh air! See you all in the morning :)
