Monday 3.10.13 WOD

1.  5x3 Front Squats

2.  21-15-9 of:
Wall Balls (20, 14)
Pullups
Box Jumps (24, 20)
Kettlebell Swings (53, 35)

*if you don't have access to a medicine ball sub Thrusters (45, 33) for Wall Balls

  2. I hate wall balls and I hate pull-ups but it was actually a good quick workout 8:26. Best part was......I got to workout with Shelly (can you hear the cheering, I'm laying it on pretty thick!!!). Apparently we were the only ones who remembered the time change(Suzanne?)

  3. Had the pleasure of working out with Kris!! I think the last time I worked out with just Kris wall balls were involved :) My time was 8:31. We did the Front Squats 5x3 at 95# straight across. See you all in the morning!

  6. Tried to post last night, but guess it didn't work.
    Form training today:
    Started low and worked up to the moderate working sets below.
    3x5 Front Squat @ 165
    3x5 Bench @ 160
    5x3 Clean @ 150

    I know I am late to the party, but our littlest was in hospital with pneumonia for the past week. He's home and back to himself. So it's time for me to get back at it and finally get rid of the holiday flab :).
