  1. WOW!!!~ fun, tough workout! I am a newby so doing the clean & jerk correctly was a challenge.I felt a lot better on the second round.The row was also a new thing for me as I haven't done that much all at once yet....
    And the checkout was a KILLER!
    Can't wait for tomorrow ;}
