  1. JELLO that is my theme for the day. After running yesterday and waking up like Jello. And today's workout blah!!!!!!!! But is was good just pushed my out of my comfort zone! And people don't forget u have to log ur workout everyday or u don't get a point :(

  2. Ok. So I tried to do this mornings workout but I feel like crap and have no energy. So I didn't even try to keep time. Sorry Shelly. My goal was to try and get through it without passing out.

  3. Probably not the best idea, seems how this is our last week of the "challenge", but I had already made plans to take my staff out to lunch today at my very favorite pizza parlor. Oh well, I savored the one piece of pizza and ate a great salad.
    The workout wod posted was just the right amount of torture. Arms feel like Popeye without the dose of spinach.
