OK....FINALLY did Thursday's WOD...
ReplyDeleteThe 200 single unders i substituted (wisely) kicked my booty and my arms got tired!
The pull ups I substituted with ring rows due to my chest pain thing...50 lb squats
check out was 18 HRPU 15 situps and 8 Burpees
Looking forward to Sunday morning when I have enough energy to do wod in the early mornin
