  1. OK....FINALLY did Thursday's WOD...
    The 200 single unders i substituted (wisely) kicked my booty and my arms got tired!
    The pull ups I substituted with ring rows due to my chest pain thing...50 lb squats
    check out was 18 HRPU 15 situps and 8 Burpees
    Looking forward to Sunday morning when I have enough energy to do wod in the early mornin
    Off to do chores now...;}

  3. it was fun being yelled at by Shelly again. No one yells at me when I workout on my own. Good workout today and the clock is not your friend.
