  2. The posted workout would have been alright without the push presses. They probably should have been the easiest thing to do on the list, but they were not! Deceivingly difficult for sure.

    Gorgeous day to be outside so I'm glad we started at 9:00am. Even got the car washed.

    Practice kipping pull-ups (I think I got it!), KBS, DU, and HSPU.

    1. I know the feeling when you finally get the kipping pull-ups. Nick, it took me a good 2 months of practice until it finally clicked.

  4. Great job to all who did the wod today. Nice to come home from work and see a garage full of friends getting fitter. The kids at 10am never cease to impress me. Riley, Shad, Wyatt, and Kenzie kicked butt! Wyatt I hope your feeling better tomorrow. I was impressed that you even attempted the workout. Crossfitting and being sick is not a good combination. I was inspired to workout just watching you guys so I did:
    100 double unders
    30 pullups
    30 front squats (135lbs)
    30 pullups
    100 double unders
    time:9:25
    *I ate 5 donuts on the way home from work so I guess I get a 0 for eating today. They were worth it though!
