Short Tosh
Run: 3 x (100m + 200m + 400m)
or
Row: 3 x (125 + 250m + 500m)
Example: Run 100m (Rest same amount of time it took to comlplete the 100m). Then Run 200m...rest same amount of time it took to complete the 200m...so on.

ReplyDeleteI also did the Benchmark WOD- 245 reps. Had to do elevated pushups and knees to elbows in place of situps. Then did 6x2 Front Squats: 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 140.

ReplyDeleteJoe and I did are own thing. We did 50-40-30-20-10 ( single under jump rope) and partner sit ups with 15lb medicine ball

ReplyDeleteGreat way to start the new year. awesome to see the comments. they motivate me to train harder. I did the benchmark wow at work. Ran 400m (down to grant street and back) then 5,10,15 of pushups, sit-ups, air squats. Completed 11 rounds plus 5 pushups 10 sit-ups and 10 air squats. Great job by all!!

ReplyDeleteDid the benchmark WOD today and did 500 m row instead of run.Had to do push-ups on my knees
ReplyDeletebut was able to get 7 rounds plus five for a total of 215!
Weigh in however, sucked!! Can't wait to see the end result though ;}
