AMRAP 20
40 Double Unders
Plank Holds
While one partner does their double unders the other partner holds the plank position. A round consists of both partners completing 40 double unders. If the partner holding the plank drops at any time, the other partner must stop working.
Suzanne and I were partners for the AMRAP 20. This workout was Shelly's idea of an easier workout for us because we've worked so hard this week. (Really, easier?) Well, lets just say that neither Suzanne or I are graceful when it comes to jump roping. Shelly made a goal for us to get 10 rounds in and we came up 20 jumps short. However, as I was driving to work I remembered that I actually did 20 more jumps in one of my rounds which I pointed out after I did so, so technically we made it to Shelly's goal of 10 rounds. I text this to our fearless leader but she has yet to respond. She's either giving it a good long consideration or she's freezing her butt off in the snow with her family. I'm guessing the later. (Better her than me, I hate being cold!)

DeleteWell team work out went well today! I really hate the jump rope, but oh we'll :) lets see if Joe gets a work out today he was working EMS today ( earn money while sleeping)
