Tuesday 10.9.12 WOD

Deadlift:  5x5 @ 80% of your 1 Rep Max

18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps of:
Pull Ups
Med Ball Cleans

  1. That look like a great WOD, should have looked here this morning before I worked out. Would have done it instead.

    Instead I did:
    Three rounds for time of:
    45 pound GHD Bench press, 15 reps
    25 Back extensions
    Run 800 meters

    I really don't like doing 800s in WODs. Time was bad since we were sharing the GHD and taking turns keeping track of Leif; nonetheless, it was a great WOD--especially for the core.

  2. I was wondering what GHD Bench Press looked like. I guess I should watch the WOD Demo or google it. I agree 800's are brutal in WODs. But then again, not all of us can enjoy running like Jayna :) Abby brought the rower back- so I did my all time favorite TOSH today! Holy Smokes- I forgot how difficult rowing is....it crushed me! I will however row over run any day of the week! Nice job on the workout guys :0)
