400m Run
30 Wall Balls (20, 14)
30 Box Jumps (24, 20)
Both Partners will run a 200m together- when they return Partner A will complete 15 Wall Balls while Partner B completes 15 Box Jumps. Then switch exercises and complete 15 reps of each. Continue this cycle until all 5 rounds are complete.

1:00 on/30 seconds off for 6 minutes
Lock feet and perform Abmat Sit Ups with the Medicine Ball- touching the ground overhead on extension and handing/slight toss to your partner as you come up into flexion. The ball must touch the ground overhead to count as a rep.
