Friday 9.21.12 WOD

Three 15 minute Stations: (with a partner)
1.  Bench Press 1 Rep Max
2.  Deadlift 1 Rep Max
3.  50 Burpees For Time (Partner judges form and counts reps)

Checkout:  3x15 Hindu Pushups  (winner of burpees has a pass on this Checkout)

    This morning I did "Penalty Box"
    135# Overhead Barbell Carry for 400m
    20 on the spot burpee penalty with each drop

    I wasn’t sure how the 135# was going to feel, but I was able to make through.
    ~10:00 w/60 burpees

    Next time I will do it on a track, today I had to do it 100m out and back 4 times–fighting the inertia on the turn around was killer!

    That's a brutal workout! Nice to see you on the blog. Shelly is a great coach! We have 6 people coming regularly to the 5:15a.m class now. How are things going with you guys out in Red Rock? Sounds like you and Jayna are hitting hit hard still. How are the kids doing? - Andy

  3. That's great, love to hear that things are going well. Your clients are very lucky to have you guys. Wish we could see you guys in action with your classes.

    Things are going well here. Kids are enjoying school, though they are happy that their 3-week fall break started today.

    I'm still waiting to hear back on whether I passed the AZ Bar exam--will find out first week of Oct. Finishing up a final semester, applying to PhD programs, and digging up work.
