Three 10 minute stations: (with a partner)
1.  5 Ring Rows OTM 10
2.  Medicine Ball Abmat Situps: 1 minute on 30 seconds off for 10 minutes
3.  4 Burpee Box Jumps (24, 20) OTM 10
One minute transition from one station to the next.
