  1. Active rest day for me. Did 4x800m Run rest 2 minutes between. Hold pace w/in 3-5 seconds.

    Pushed Jeremiah in the stroller-he was very patient with me :) Beautiful morning to be outside!!

    three rounds for time:
    10 burpes
    10 foot parallel bar hand walk
    3 strict pull-ups
    8 recline body-weight rows
    2 strict pull-up
    10 foot p-bar hand walk
