*Start workout and complete as much of the workout as you can in 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, stop and rest for 1 minute.
*After 1 minute rest, start workout over from the beginning and complete as much of the workout as you can in 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, stop and rest for 2 minutes.
*After 2 minute rest, start the workout over from the beginning and work until you complete the entire workout.
