Flagship Member

Congratulations to IronRod Gyms flagship member Suzanne Butler.  Suzanne will be finishing her first month of training here at the gym.  Her dedication and willingness to leave her comfort zone is paying off.  In just one month Suzanne's strength, flexibility, and work capacity have greatly improved.  Suzanne's a perfect example of what hard work and commitment can do.  Great job Suzanne, we are lucky to have you as a member of IronRod!
