Saturday, 07.28.12 WOD

OPEN GYM SATURDAY:

AMRAP 15
200M RUN
10 PUSH PRESS (95, 65)
10 SQUATS
10 SITUPS
Partner A runs a 200m while Partner B works through the exercises, when Partner A gets back from the run he/she picks up in the rep scheme were Partner B left off and Partner B runs a 200m.  This continues for 15 minutes.

There were 6 adults and 3 kids who took part in the Open Gym today!  It was exciting to see everyone push themselves, especially the kids! Classes begin Monday 5:15am - 9am - 4pm - 6pm come join in the fun!
