  1. First day back at it....had a really nasty chest/upper respiratory infection!! Today did:
    1. 8 x 200m rest 30 sec between: held bwtn 56-60sec each
    2. Metcon: 14:58 w/Max & 75# for thrusters
    Felt like a chain smoker today...my lungs were on fire & my nose was running down my face! lol Happy though to be back at it!

  2. Hahaha. Good job Shelly. I did this one today too.
    1. 13:17 I did the fist 10 thrusters at 80 then dropped it to 70 for the rest of the time.
    2. 100#
    3. ended at 200#

    I setup a FB group last night for the Paleo Challenge, let me know what you think. The spreadsheet is still accessible by clicking on the tab at the top of this blog as well, so we can use either to post and log.

  4. I modified this by rowing instead of running. I added 100 meters to each row. 33 pounds on thrusters and finished in 13:00. I probably should have done 45# bar.
    What is the name of the FB group for the challenge?

  5. Awesome job Terry on the WOD!! The name of the group is paleoaholics Anonymous. Are you on FB?? I'll add you or otherwise you can access the pages on this blog and comment here in the comment section. On the Home Page there's a tab 60 Day Paleo Challenge.....it has the spreadsheet, the rules, the wod and a food list. Todd is really good at organizing and putting stuff like this together! Let me know if you have any questions. I don't have my phone until tomorrow....I accidentally left it at Costco in Lodi Saturday! :/
