Wednesday 9.11.13 WOD

Active Rest Day

Make up a WOD you missed or go for a run, stretch, work on a skill.....

    did some interval training at the track during Teague's practice.
    7:00 on, 6:00 off, 6:00 on, 5:00 off, 5:00 on
    Total distance of 2.6 miles, pace varied between 7:30 and 8:08/mi--80% of my off time was spent BSing with Ryan and Kevin :).

    Jayna says that I need to get more running in (to be more fit and less fat) and she is very right. I want to be a runner, but have more fun carrying heavy stuff so I hate missing heavy stuff to run.
    I'm going to try a new schedule next week and see how it goes.
