    2. done- though I couldn't get in all the DUs in the minute. I linked 28 at one time. That was a tough 20 minutes.

  2. Nice job Jayna!! I actually picked at a couple different workouts and combined them today (wed.)
    1. OTM X 20 Done....scaled to 25 double unders everry even minute.
    2. OHS 5x2: 53, 63, 73, 78, 83x1
    3. Power Clean + Squat Clean 5x1:
    95, 105, 115, 125, 130
    OHS & Snatches are very frustrating and challenging for me. I need to improve my OHS if I plan to get better with the snatch. I will start working a couple times a week on the OHS. Any advice or tips Jayna? You've always seemed solid with those?
