Today (Wed) did: AMRAP 15 6 HSPU (modified) 12 KBS (70, 53) used 35# 200m Run Total: 6+18reps Pushed Max in the stroller for the 200's. Was happy to see he likes it...we'll be doing more running! 2. From Regionals 500m Row rest 3 min 500m Row rest 3 min 300m row rest 1 min 300m row rest 1 min 1000m row Times: 2:00, 1:59, 1:09, 1:08, 4:03 Was happy with the 1000m time- Had hoped to sub 4...maybe next time!
