2. Clean and Jerk
3 sets of: Squat Clean + Pause Squat (hold the bottom position for 3 full seconds) + Jerk
So today is day 1 of an attitude adjustment. I have committed myself to doing whatever is posted for the day.....if I miss a workout that looked like I would have like to hit- it will come up again!! Even if it means Snatching until I start having nightmares about them- hahaha!

I figure for the snatches, better to go super light than skip the wod all together. They felt really good, I really tried to focus on speed under the bar. Besides countless other issues with my snatching, speed has to be one of the most obvious problems....I think I just lack the confidence. Anyhow- Double Unders were UGLY today- yikes!! Glad to have it done.
