  1. I did last Monday's WOD today. KInd of messed it up though. I posted it there. I did today's # 2 and #3:
    2. 2RM snatch 100#
    3. 2RM C&J 120#. I didn't do the complex just C&J. When it says power with it, what does that mean?

  2. It means Power Snatch or Power Clean....if it doesn't specify either Squat or Power in the workout, then it's your choice. Nice job Jayna on the workout!
