Monday 8-5-13

On the every 2 minutes for 20 minutes. (10 rounds)
3 muscle ups
5 power cleans 185,135
7 burpees

8x3 back squat straight across

    Surprised the muscle ups felt good. Was able to string 3 together in a few of the rounds. Power cleans fairly heavy. Burpees just have to plug thru.

  2. I had to modify this one. For the MU I did 3 pull ups and 3dips. 120# for the power cleans and I still only made it through 7 rounds in 20 min. I did finished the last 3.

    Back squats at 180# across.

    Todd corrected me about Fran. I thought the thrusters were #95 for women. So that's why that day's post was weird. Also I did the pistols on a 14 inch box.
