Walking Lunges
These is a Team WOD- 3 people per team. While 1 person Runs the other two work for max reps at each exercise. Work in stations i.e. 1 person Runs, 2nd person does burpees, 3rd person does pull-ups. When person 1 returns, he/she will go to burpees, person 2 to pull-ups, person 3 runs and so on for the 5 min AMRAP.
I did this with Cathy & Kris, whoa! Great workout!
