  1. I'm gonna say I really liked this workout, but its not just because its called "Chrisine"... It's probably because I did the 400m Run instead of the 500m Row!! I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like it if I had Rowed! :)

I struggled a bit with the workout today.Probably because of the row & the fact that my workout schedule is not as frequent as I would like.Ideally, I would workout 5 days a week like the rest of the Ironrodxfit CRAZIES :}. It helps immensely that Shelly roots me on...plus watching Christine and Cathy work hard too is motivation!
    Looking forward to tomorrow's challenge!
