Friday 4.12.13 WOD

Team "Angie" + Run

400m Run
100 Pullups
200m Run
100 Pushups
200m Run
100 Situps
200m Run
100 Squats
400m Run

*Runs must be done together....Reps must be split evenly, but can be broken up however each team decides.  Have fun & work Hard!!
