Lets just say that Robyn thought she was rowing on a fishing boat in the deep seas.....she made her own fish bait when she got back to shore. You know it's a good workout for Robyn when she gives us a good hurl.
Anyway, it was a nice change of pace this morning. No weights whats so ever so a good day for me.
Hey, guys, just checking in. Nice job on Tosh Robyn. I have a love--hate relationship with Tosh. I love it, cause it always sounds so easy and quick, but then you get at it and it kicks your but hardcore.
Got sick yesterday, probably picked it up at the hospital, so I took the day off. Going to get back at it again tonight though.
The axle is awesome, great way to train your grip and form since it is wide and it doesn't have rotating collars. I Jayna got it for me from Rogue (http://www.roguefitness.com/the-rogue-axle.php)for my birthday and Christmas with set of farmer handles and a set of 3 atlas stone molds (haven't got these made yet, though).

I still remember when you and Jayna bought the rower for your anniversary. A few more birthdays and anniversaries and you guys will have to open your own affiliate. Hope you get to feeling better. Is Utah still in the cards for you guys. Provo Fire is testing in April. We are considering it.

I am impressed at how well you girls did this workout a few mornings ago. This one got me good. I tried to keep the whimpering to a minimum on account Shelly and Jeremiah were cheering me on. Time: 14:21. I was shooting for 13:30 but the wheels fell off on the last round of Toes to Bar. Core was shot.

Didn't work out this am think I did some damage to my right calf muscle again it has been sore today! Will be back in the am tomorrow.
