1.  4x200m Run (rest 1 minute between)
2.  4 Rounds for Time of
5 Power Cleans (135, 95)
5 Front Squats
5 Push Jerks
5 Chest to Bar Pullups

  2. Another "harder than it looks" Cross Fit WOD...
    I enjoyed it though..no checkout was helpful ;}
    Instead of doing run I rowed but those days are coming to a close soon I think!I was able to keep all my times under a minute . I struggled on the last round of power cleans and especially push jerks(45#)I did jumping pull ups.
    My time was around a 7:39

    Time: 5:26 w/ 75# & Ring Rows in place of pullups
