Another "harder than it looks" Cross Fit WOD... I enjoyed it though..no checkout was helpful ;} Instead of doing run I rowed but those days are coming to a close soon I think!I was able to keep all my times under a minute . I struggled on the last round of power cleans and especially push jerks(45#)I did jumping pull ups. My time was around a 7:39
