  2. I know most of us have completed today's WOD, so the fact that no one has posted their comment is a comment within itself. I'm guessing most people, like myself, wouldn't consider this one their best or favorite WOD. Anytime you have burpees in the middle of a WOD, and there's more than 10 burpees listed, you're in trouble. It was one of those times where I considered just caving in and giving up after round two!! Tough workout for sure.

  3. Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!! Workout was a kick in the butt! But on a good note I finish it under 20 minutes which made me happy!

  5. Rough weekend as far as working out and eating well. Back on track this week.

    Re-did workout 13.2. With some great tips from Shelly and motivation from Jeremiah was able to improve on previous number. Good job to all who completed today's workout. A leg and core blaster.
