  2. I know that I wouldn't make it to the MUs so I am going to do this one at the pool in a little bit, while the kids swim.

    Like that paleo advice from CFNE that you posted Shelley, very telling.

    Anyone going to search out the local LARPing group this weekend? LIGHTNING BOLT!!! :) sorry, that video cracks me up more than it really should.

  3. Went to the pool with Kami and Tyler.
    Kids had a blast.

    I did 13.3, threw the ball against the steel beam of the awning.
    Got in 73 Double Unders, felt really good at the time, now I am bugged about not getting those last 17 in :), oh well, killer WOD anyway.
    Good luck to everyone else who has yet to WOD it up today.
