Saturday 2.2.13 Benchmark WOD




Benchmark Workout
12 minute workout
Run 400m (.25 mile)
with time remaining complete as many rounds as possible of:
5 Hand Release Pushups
10 Unanchored Situps
15 Air Squats
Score = Total reps:  For example:  After running 400m you complete 4 rounds plus 3 pushups.
Score = 123
