Saturday 2.16.13 WOD

WOD:
Make up a workout you may have missed during the week.  All Ironrod Xfit members are welcome to come workout between 8:30 and 10:00.  This will be a non-coached class but all are encouraged to come and catch a WOD or work on some skills.
