  1. Holy smokes! Another tough WOD!! It was made a lot easier with a partner splitting up the reps!!
    I thought both teams kept up a good pace throughout.The kettle bell swings were the hardest on me and the modified handstand push ups were not quite as bad as I thought they would be...:}
    Good thing we talked Shelly into partner Buprees for time for check out cuz 30 ALL ALONE would have been even MORE KILLER
