  1. Glad we did this workout today, nice little break :) I am having a Shelly moment super excited about how much I power clean and push jerk I did- power cleans #115 (kinda ugly but did it) and push jerk #113

  2. Unlike Suzanne and Shelly, weights are not my thing. However, I do see the benefit and think it's amazing to see everyone getting stronger and pushing themselves. Technique is really important so I have to give major props to Shelly for making sure our form is always perfect!

  3. I just read some of the blogs from this past weekend and noticed a time change for our Challenge Wod on Saturday? Can you confirm the time? I have a meeting I'm suppose to be at so I'll have to figure out how to be at two places at once. I love magic tricks!!!

  6. Had to modify WOD today...couldn't perform the push jerk so i did jerk...
    Max for jerk 63 lbs...max for clean...83 lbs.

    plus warm up of 5 rounds 5 ring rows,10 pushups,15 squats
    check out was 500 m row
