  1. Today's workout was fun. My legs are dead. I decided to Monday's workout last night and then more box jumps this morning. That a lot of box jumps. I love it.Good job Kris on yesterday's WOD. Keep up the good work.

  2. Today's workout (above) was more my style. Although, I don't know about all of you, but I think Shelly is really being tough on us this month. This challenge month has brought out the challenge in all of us I think. Eating better and all these killer workouts. Everyday another part of my body, I didn't know existed, feels sore or tight or just plain tired!

    Anyway, thanks Ryan for the vote of confidence. I see the future box jump champion in you.

Well I really enjoyed the wod today... i was able to do higher step-ups than i expected and i love to row so the 250 meter row was good.I don't think i'm losing much weight with this diet but i am changing shape, sort of.It will be interesting to see if i improve my becnhmark wod since my workouts have been pretty sporadic this whole month...the real crossfit test hahaha...
