Five Rounds of AMRAP 3 3 Thrusters (95, 65) 6 Box Jumps (24, 20) 9 KBS (53, 35) Rest 1 minutes between Rounds.
Total: 3,3,3,3,3 I took a different approach and set a goal of completing 3 per round. The KBS were tough today, but the Plank Holds were awful!!! Overall- glad to have it done and out of the way for the day.....Great Workout!!!
Five rounds of AMRAP 3 (I just actually learned a couple of days ago what AMRAP stands for) I used the woman's bar cause Shelly made me, did step ups using the bench so Ryan could impress us all with his 24" box jumps, and KGS using 20lb dumbbells. I give our workout group this morning a B+ on organizing who stands where, that took almost as long as our workout, haha. Ryan tried to do weightless KBS but as he reminded me they are actually referred to as airless KBS. Good one Ryan! Finally, we all agreed that UTS should be added to everyone's workout at home, GOOD CALL!
Good workout this morning. Then I followed it up with an AMRAP 45 of UTS. Great way to stat off the day. I still like the idea of wieghtless KBS. And more planks and burpees for Kris.
Ironrod workout of the day with Peyton and Tatum Hall: They did same format with 15 pound push press, 15" box jumps, 5lb KB swings. round 1: 3 rounds plus 9 reps Peyton- 4 rounds Tatum- 3 rounds round 2: 3 rounds plus 9 reps Peyton- 4 rounds Tatum- 3 rounds round 3: 3 rounds plus 12 reps Peyton - 4 rounds round 4: 3 rounds plus 9 reps Peyton - 4 rounds round 5 3 rounds plus 10 reps Peyton - 4 rounds plus 3 push press I think we could have a future crossfit games champion. Nothing better than working out side by side with your 7 and 8 year old daughters.
