Well, I finished the final workout and Just posted my final scores to the spreadsheet. To summarize, I can say that I am glad that I participated in the challenge. I looked forward to reading the comments that people made and was both motivated and inspired to work harder knowing that everybody else was working hard. The zone eating plan is definitely doable and I felt much better in my workouts after eating well for a few days consecutive. I could most definitely feel my performance suffer when I ate poorly. I will surely improve in the eating category over the next month and into the next 30 day challenge. Having said that, I have to congratulate those of you who were disciplined enough to stay with the eating program. Knowing how hard it is to tell yourself no when every fiber in your body is saying yes, eat that donut or whatever weakness we may have. Good job everyone! I am excited to see who pulls this out. It's going to be close. See ya on March 1st.
So today's workout made me consider ditching work and going shopping to buy a bunch of tank tops. Wondering if Shelly is trying to get us primed for this Spring/Summer with all the arm workouts lately? I had to take my time on this workout. Arms are not my strength for sure. Final week and I've been out of town for work and not eating what I probably should, so Andy, I totally get what you said about sticking with the eating program. In fact, in honor of Andy, on Saturday I would like to acknowledge Andy's weakness(donuts)so be ready for some DONUTS. So, EVERYONE, this is your chance to tell me what your favorite donut is? Great fun this month everyone!
Andy likes the chocolate cake with chocolate frosting :) I'll pass on the donut but thank you Kris!! I'm excited to see everyone go hard tomorrow morning!! Awesome results so far from Andy and Joe! Great job everyone :)
