Teams of 3:
Complete 10000m Row
Each person will row 250m at a time and rotate until 10000m is completed.

Checkout:  Team Tabata Squats (score is total reps added together for all team members)

  1. Team Suzanne and Kris today, no Terry, so we did the 6666m team row. We'll see how we measure up against Andy, Shelly, and Robyn. I'm kind of thinking it will be a bit lopsided, as those three are a pretty strong group to beat.

    By the way, for those who think you can't pace your tabatas, you're not talking to the right person. I'll be happy to teach you, just don't tell Shelly!

  2. Team row with Shelly and Robyn. This workout for me was deceivingly difficult. Shelly and Robyn did a great job! Very motivating for me to workout with these two. No quit in either of them. Seemed like the last 50m on each of the 250m rows was never ending. Combined time of 45 and change. Total for tabata squats was robyn 132, andy 128, shelly 93. Legs were jelly by the end of the hour.

  4. Great team WOD!! Kicked my butt.....felt crushed the rest of the day! Andy & Robyn did amazing and really worked hard!! Had a lot of fun working out with them :) Fun workout!! (the tabata Squats felt like I had a 50# weight vest on- lol)

  5. Dang!!! That was one kick butt WOD!! Good thing I was doing it with two beasts like Andy n Shelly...they really motivate me with the effort they put out thru the whole thing!
    Tabata squats hurt pretty bad but I felt good about my total

    400 meter run
    5,5,5,3,3 power cleans, bent over rows and lat pull down wide grip
