Active Rest Day for Most of You!!

Monday Holiday Schedule:  9am Class - 10am Kids Class

  1. Well some of us didn't workout friday so today they must...that would be ME
    WOD (slightly modified from the friday WOD):
    on the minute for 12 minutes...
    6 hang cleans (40lbs.) odd minute
    8 Burpees even minute

    check-out: 15 x 3 air squats and sit-ups for time (3:14)

    1. Robyn, check your numbers for Saturday. I was having trouble with getting the spreadsheet to go to my name and I think it erased your eating score for the 19th. Sorry.

  2. I just have to say that those of you who come up with your own workout you are amazing. I'm not sure I could be as creative and devoted in coming up with my own WOD. I just need to be told what I'm doing. Anyway, it shows a lot of dedication and motivation. Great job to all of you self motivators!

    Ryan, that early morning workout thing is not happening for Monday. I had to get up today at 5:15am for soccer so I need some sleep in time for me and I know Shelly is in the same boat. Let me know what kind of crazy WOD you come up with on the ski slopes. You can do like 30 pizza slopes with the kids, jump off the ski lifts 10 times, and race down the hill as fast as you can without falling. That would be like jump roping without screwing up for more than 10 jumps. Ha ha!!!!!

    FYI Andy, I just read the blog about Monday's workout to Wyatt and he's nervous. Kenzie has no High School soccer conditioning on Monday so she will be there too. However, she wants me to let you know that she needs substitutions for anything that requires using her wrist. She landed on it again this weekend during her game so she's out of commission for any wrist motion. (that's what she said.....you know you were thinking that Ryan!) Seriously though, just hoping it's not broke.

  3. No workout for me today. I slept in and didn't have time later in the day to go on a bike ride. As for Monday I can't believe you are all such slackers now.
