Monday 1.28.13 WOD

Three Rounds for Time
10 Chest to Bar Pullups
10 Front Squats (165, 115)
10 Burpees

Checkout:  2 x 400m run (rest 90 seconds between each)

  2. Good job on the running today Suzanne. Nice to see Ryan as well. I substituted 115lb squats by doing 20 reps using 43lbs instead. Thought it was 5 rounds so you can imagine my excitement when Shelly told me to call time at the end of 3 rounds. I was just getting warmed up, ha ha! Tougher workout then what it looked like on the board for sure.

  3. Nice job ladies!! You both have been consistently working hard everyday!! Very impressive. Today I did the Crossfit Mom workout:
    20 reps of each
    Double Unders (sub 40 singles)
    Burpees
    Wall Balls (14#)
    Good Mornings (45#)
    Push Press (45#)
    Knees to Elbows
    Lunges
    Kettlebell Swings (35#)
    PullUps
    StepUps (20")
    Time: 13:38
    Starting to feel heavy....especially with the pullups and knees to elbows hanging from the bar! Glad to get a workout in!
