  1. Wow. I started out with 225 lbs for dead lifts. I got thru 2 set and realized I was a wuss and would not be able to complete 3 more sets of 15 in a timely manner. So I dropped weight to 205 lbs. I know Shelly you are disappointed in me. But again another great workout and a great way to get teh mornign started.

  2. Lots of disappointment for Shelly to have to endure today. I too Ryan, did not do the prescribed weight Shelly wanted me to do. Suzanne did however, so at least the birthday girl lived up to our leader's high expectations. Lots of deadlifts this week, lots of weight lifting this week for that matter. Only one week left, it's a close race for a few of you. Good luck!
