Power Clean:  Establish 1 Rep Max

OTM (on the minute) for as long as possible......
3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks (165, 115)

  Rest whatever time is left until the next minute.  Once unable to complete all reps in a minute.....your done!!
