Friday 9.27.12 WOD

Strength: Deadlifts 5x5 @ 70% of 1 Rep Max
WOD:  Team 5K
In teams of 3: each partner will take turns running a 400m- in relay type fashion.  Each athlete must hold their 400m splits w/in 3-5 seconds of their fastest 400m.  Each fault will result in a 5 Burpee Penalty per 400m.  All team members will do any Burpees accumulated together as a team at the end of the WOD.
