Friday 9.14.12 Partner WOD

In Teams of Two:
Run 400m Together
100 Hand Release Push Ups
150 Squats
200 Abmat Sit Ups
Run 400m Together
One athlete works at a time.  While Partner A works, Partner B runs a 200m. When Partner B returns, they switch and pick up in the rep scheme.  All reps of each exercise must be completed before moving to the next movement. After all reps have been completed of each exercise, both partners must run a 400m to end the WOD.
