Cobalt Blue
Everyone check out the cobalt blue video posted on the crossfit mainsite. When talking about crossfit with people it is not uncommon for me to hear, "I'll give crossfit a try after I get into better shape". It makes me want to pick up a 10lb bumper plate and whack them upside the noggin. I try to explain that the crossfit method of training IS for everyone because of the infinite way's it can be scaled. Check out the video! Very inspirational, and does a far better job of describing and proving the scalability of cross fit then I could ever do. (With or without a 10lb bumper plate.)
