    I really like the 20 min AMRAP workouts. Feels great to have it done for the day :)

  2. Great workout. Rx: 6 rounds plus 400m run - 20:15. Did this one at work un-interupted. Did a 6x1 power clean: 185, 205, 225, 235, 245, 255. -Andy
